Are origional 250r parts 'rare'

so umm i think ive got loads of parts that would be useful. whats rare and what do people look for. i bought it as a roller but never got around to play with it. its missing loads of parts.

some of the original parts are quite rare now, the list is short and its mostly little pieces that racers threw away. Helmet holder, key switches, handlebar clamps w/ 1 &2 threaded holes, 86/87 headlights, tail lights and such. A person I know who worked with race teams for alot of his life threw/scrapped away whole atc350x's and atc250r's w/o motors. He is shocked on how much all those plastics, radiator shrouds, headlight assem, and small parts go for now. Back then, those parts couldn't be given away. To the guy that wants to restore it to new, all those caliper protectors, brake pad wear indicators, brake shields, mint gold rims, key switches, handlebar clamps, plastic supports, helmet holders, grips, clutch/e-brake lever and such are priceless. A guy on 3ww bought all of honda's remaining atc350x and atc250r wire guides for the brake line, wire, cable guide and such. He is selling them for 10 times what he paid for them, some bought tons of 350x fenders, headlights and such before they got discontinued, those are selling for 6-7 times what they paid. I seen several 350x and 86/87 200x rear fenders MIB sell for more than the whole trike normally would.

Original parts are not "rare". However some MINT ORIGINAL parts are quite rare.
