cr 80 question

i got a quick question. i just bought some transmission oil for my cr80 and drained the old oil, the old oil is clear like engine oil and the tranny oil is red. is there any other type of oil inside of a 2 stroke motor? because i thought that there was only tranny oil, not engine oil? i pulled the big bolt under the motor and thats were i got the clear oil from, so is there engine oil and tranny oil or just tranny oil?

sounds like the oil has been in there quite a while. Just grab some 85w gear oil (I used hinson or belray) and you're fine.

yeah i bought the honda tranny oil for it 85w. so the only oil that you can change is the tranny oil on a 2 stroke?
