will 450r and 250r hubs swap?

i have a 450r setup for my build, but i found a set of 250r aftermarket hubs, will they swap? 06 450 spindles, rotors, brakes....

i put all 05 450 stuff on my R and it works great but it did narrow the front of my bike a bit...

but will trx250r hubs swap onto the 450r spindles, rotor, and front calipers?

depends what year 450r spindle 04/05 or 06+. 06+ 450r, 89 250r and 400ex hubs work.
