I had nachos with venison hamburg last night;) good stuff

and scrambled eggs with venison hamburg this mornin....can't get enough bambi

To add to this recipe you can stuff it with crabmeat or shrimp & stuffing. Trust me you'll like it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :macho

Not a big fan or crabmeat, I was thinkin next time maybe like a stuffing you put in turkey.

my buddys dad made killer venison stew. ill have to see if i can get it off him.

I do an egg wash then bread crumbs. fry in pan with olive oil and garlic. goes good with beer.

I did that with vension tenderloin strips I had, it does go well with beer and the left overs make a good sanwhich

shoot bambi and make baby roasts and throw some montreal steak sesoning on them and grill them..... yyyuuummmm
