(400ex) does anyone know if you can put a powerbomb header on a t-4 system, or a white brothers? or is it only going to fit other FMF systems

The Powerbomb will fit any slip-on designed to fit the stock header.

Buy it anyway. With a Nick Name like Powerbong how can ya pass it up?

Yeah they give good power gains.

The powerbong will quiet it down some but don't expect to be in silent mode while riding. After cuttin my bills pipe down and installing it. Yesterday I started the 416 up for the first time after the winter project took place and with one crack of the throttle I blew 2 concrete blocks outa the back wall in my garage...the mofo is LOUD

HAHA. I found the same thing as you did after you cut your Bills. I started her up in my garage and My ears are still ringing.

Does yours sound snappier? Mine gained a small crack/snap to the rumble.

How much bigger is the powerbomb tubing? Any pics with one on an ex?

The header pipes are the same as stock. But the mid pipe is larger. However the larger diameter mid pipe makes no difference because it necks down to the stock size so that the stock silencer will bolt up. After grinding the welds out of the stock header, the stock headers entrance ramp is much larger than the Powerbomb. 1.25"(ported stock) vs 1.1"(Powerbomb). I had a Powerbomb and noticed zero difference in power between it and the stock unported header. If anything a stock ported(welds ground down) is a better set up do to the fact that the header tubes are longer causing the tubes to be more in tune(meaning they are closer to being equal length). The Powerbomb is a big waste of money in my opinion. Mines for sale if anyone wants it.

The only Way to tell what jets u have is to take apart the carb and check. What i would do is put on the powerbong and see how it runs, if it sputters and backfires, then u will have to most likely up the jet size. ;)

I have the T-4 and powerbong set up. I can't say if I felt a set of the pants difference in power, because I installed my FCR at the same time. It does quiet it down some, a noticable difference anyway.
I recommend it to anyone.

I like mine so far. Can't tell a difference yet because all i do it spin in 7" of snow here, but it pulls hard on the road!
