They look so sweet! I was actually surprised how nice they are, especially since I only paid $227 for them. The description said that they had some dirt in the powder coating but I can't see any. Can't wait to get them on!

Sweet man!!!! They look great…… try to spring for the roller bearings if you can. Just the bushings will work fine but with the bearings in they will last a lot longer.

AH! I got mine from Burgard for just a few bucks less, because of "blemishes in the powder." I opened the box and they looked way better than I expected. They're a silver vein powdercoat but it looks more like a dark dark gray. Glad you're happy with yours too, you'll love em. Especially with the 450 shocks.

That's what it says for the description on the eBay auctions.

Hey you have Dirt Skins shock covers too? I got some for Xmas but not sure if I wanna return them or not... maybe just the rear. Do you have pics with them on?

Why are you thinking about returning them? I'm really happy with mine.

Also, this may be a stupid question, but I don't want to mount these things wrong. The straighter side of the arms should be in front, correct?

In other words, not like I have them sitting here (http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/2787/dscf7410.jpg).

it looks like you used the stock brake lines. i thought they only worked for +1 and that you had to get longer ones for +2.

you can use the stock brake lines but it's better to use ss lines. they make a huge difference

Yeah, that picture was taken as soon as they were put on. It's all squared up now and I adjusted the camber and toe as well.

I can't believe how smooth this thing rides now. I couldn't be any happier with it. Took it out to the dunes today to dial in the arms and whatnot. Also managed to roll it once. Only damage was to the end of one grip, so I got pretty lucky. I'm just happy I had my helmet on and it happened in sand. Turns out my tire gauge wasn't reading the correct pressure so my tires were all off. The right front basically had nothing in it and I dug in after going over a rhythm section at like 4th gear pinned. Tried to slow down to adjust but ended up hitting a small whoop in between the larger ones and it bucked me off and rolled. At least, I think it rolled. May have just slid on the side, though. I ended up fine and so did the bike so no worries.
