whats the difference between stage1 and stage2 cams

Does anyone have experience with both these cams and if so whats the difference... whats good and bad about each... just wanted to get some info on them... thanks.

Stage one is for low end torque like for woods ridding and the stage two is for mid range torque like for MX and stage three is for tt and drag racing or sand duns.
