Looking to get Bandits to replace my stock tires on my 400. Does anyone use these? Im really looking for a good tire that will hookup in the mud and wet and still slide well on gravel roads and such. Im going to stick with the stock 20" size on the rear. Just wanting to see how the current owners of the Bandits Feel.:devil

I run the bandits and they are great. The only downside is that you lose some of the slide. They hook up in the mud and I haven't been able to puncture them yet. You might want to consider something like a razr or shredder if you want the slide. I miss the slide, but I don't miss plugging my tires all of the time.

I had them on my 300ex and my buddy has them on his 250r, one thing for sure is they wear great...he's had them on his 'r' since probably April and they look almost brand new.

I ran them for a short time. They wear very well. They slide real easy. Are awefull in the sand.

They are wicked HEAVEY.

Another downfall that nobody has said yet is the the Bandits are VERY heavy. Will make your machine alittle bit sluggish and thats why they wear so good is because there's a whole lot of rubber on those tires. But if all your looking for is a tire with excellent traction and don't care about the other things...... then!!! I guess Bandits it is.

I was going thinking of the weight, so im mostly condidering the
4 PLY AT

4ply won't be any more puncture resistant than razors (also 4ply) or holeshot xc's (another 4 ply). If you're worried about punctures, go with a 6ply, which eliminates the razors I think.

razr's have two six ply's a 20 and a 22.i run 22's but thats mostly woods riding where ground clearance is a must......
