i'm gettin pissed i have redone the clutch cover gasket on my 426ex three times and it leaks out all the oil every time i dont want to use gasket maker because it should seal without it and it's messy but from the look's of it i'm going to have to goop it up and it also seems the gasket doesnt fit idealy like it's too small i'm going to go buy an oem one instead of aftermarket and see if this is the problem but i also can't get the water fitting's to totally seal which doesn't supprise me since it is only clamped on one side i never had any of these problem's with a honda engine i'm thinkin i need to do a honda hybrid

anyways anyone else run into this problem and got any advice for me

Try useing an oem gasket...is your cover clean and not warped?

Do a cris X cross torque pattern when tighting also.

The water line should not leak, make sure your O-rings are not damaged.

Try Use an O-ring lube(parker lube) when installing...
Good luck.

make sure there is no dents or scratches on the cover where the gasket sits that might cause it to leak.
