Hey guys,

I just got a Raptor 90 for my son and I'm going to do a full race build on it. Money is no object on this one.

But I'm having trouble finding parts for this thing. Can anybody recommend any manufactures of shocks, a-arms, axle, wheels and so on...

Thanks,
Chris

Welcome to the forums. :)
These machines don't make a good race machine.
lack of parts is just one reason.
IMO there is no reason to spend a ton of $ and still be overwhelmed by the others.
If money is no object, get a DRR or Apex. Cobra if you have very deep pockets.
Sorry. :(

What LT80 said... If you wanna stay four stroke and on a Jap bike you should have gotten a Honda TRX90.

There was 1 at the gncc's built by gt thunder and it was pretty fast but not that fast. LT is right. They had a TON of money in that mini. Wanna buy an Apex?

Thanks guys but I am only interested in building the Raptor. I run a fully built 09 YFZ450R so yes I know the Raptor does not perform like the others mentioned. It is not about that, it's about hopping up this 90 for a mag build and making it run to the best of it's abilities, not win championships.

Thanks for the info on the GT Thunder 90.

Here is my 450 by the way...and it's for sale.

That's a nice R... Make sure you post up pics of the Raptor 90 when it's done. I can only imagine the amount of jack it's gonna cost though. Wish I had flow like that lol.:muscle:

Do you have a list of parts on your site or do I need to call? I navigated your site for a minute but couldn't find anything.
Thanks

Colby, how about letting us all in on what you have available for the raptor90.
It'd be nice to know. I'm sure more than I will pass it on. :)

OK here goes. As most of you know yamaha doesn't make the raptor they out source it in Taiwan or China. Since I don't have a raptor 90 sitting here I need a few measurements but I am 99% sure I have a 105cc big bore kit, cams, recambered big valve head, larger intake manifold and a few carbs ranging from 25mm to 32mm that will bolt right on the raptor motor. I also should have full clutch kits with variator, lightened rear clutchs, torgue springs and lighted bells for that motor. All I need is a few simple measurements and we should be able to get these things moving a lot faster without breaking the bank.
