new to the fox evol system, few q?

my buddy just got his new fox for his ltr, now i have a few q? to ask:
1- we put the air preasure 170 on the evol and 45 on the main
he is a 170 lbs rider and the ride is way to high
how do we lower the ride?
2- i nitice oil on the shock tube i know the tube must lubricate but
dust will stay out? thats why they put the quadtech cover on it

is there is any pre setting before we go to the track to test it that is not on the manual?

Ride height is controlled by the main chamber. Let some pressure out of there to set the ride height.

Dust will stay out. You see the blue seal?

those shocks will leak a little because that's a 2 way seal. Let's air in and out on up and down stroke. There is also oil added to lube those seals and will leak some while in use which is perfectly normal.
