Well, it just doesn't have power. It bogs out with the airbox on. It'll run without the airbox but it doesn't have much power. Its shooting a lil gas through the carb to where it connects to the airbox. We figured it was carb so we put another 400 carb on it and it did the same thing. What do you guys think?

Nope no help. All of the things mentioned are perfectly fine with his 400.

New oil/oil filter
New Gas
New spark plug
New Battery....

Carb has been cleaned, same with jets. It runs without the airbox on but it lacks power. With airbox on it starts and bogs out. So it hasn't been ran with a filter yet cause it won't even run with an airbox.

x 2 sounds like you need a rebuild, is there a lot of soot (heavy) on the plug. if it is not rings you must be too rich ,if it was lean it would run better with the filter than without which is your case

We checked out his bike today. His valves were all out of whack. Now his bike jumped timing though... Gonna check that out tomorrow. Hopefully its fixed.

If the bike jumped a tooth or more out of time, it sounds like its time for a new chain tensioner and timing chain. Its a pretty easy fix as long as the piston never hit the valves. They might have been out of whack because they may be bent.

Well we weren't able to work on it today. So hopefully tomorrow.
