Put it in the oven or on the BBQ for a little while and then tap on it with a 2x4 fairly hard and they should slide out easy.

If you can get one a little out then shake the carrier the spacer tube helps hit them out from the inside.

You first have to get the seals out of the way but I'm sure you know that if you got this far.

Put the carrier in the oven for 10min @ 250 deg. Remove and tap on a counter (probably not your wife's kitchen counter, if you care about living...) and they should pop right out! ;)

For reassembly, put the new bearings in the freezer over night.

ok got the bearings out :) but now there is a problem the ends od the carrier chipped a small piece off when banging bearings out :eek2: and there is a small gash on inside of carrier were the bearing go

can i fill it with jb weld?

i dont have anymoney at all to spend on mew carrier

Can you get pictures of the carrier. A small chip on the outside should not be a big problem depending on where it is.

You put the bearings in the freezer to shrink them so they can slide in the carrier easier...
