should be, you arent doing anything to the cam or even the head for that matter. the flywheel is further ahead so it advances the timing. just remember that with the flywheel moved the cam is not at TDC when you line up the marks on the flywheel and such to check the valves. steve

These are really only recommended for stock or very mild motors, because they create a lot of extra heat. You should be fine with your setup, but if you ever go high compression, you may want to think about taking it out.

Run the next colder plug and your perfectly fine with heat even a more modified motor.

from my experiences with it, it is about 10 degrees more on the same motor under the same conditions. but each may be a bit different. steve

hey steve. im going to order this and add it to my list you have been working with me on. when i rejet it is it recommended that i run 100 octane instead of the 93 oct i use now? i have access to both very easily. i hope im capable of doing this install. lol

on your machine i would say you should be fine running 93 octane. you should not have to go any more than that until you have 11:1 with a sparks key. What is all on the final list for you now, i know you had quite a few ideas. and my appologies, not trying to hyjack the thread. steve
