450r maier hood on 05-07 400ex bolt up?

I have been searching this for awhile now and I really need to know...will a 450r Maier hood bolt right up on the 05 400ex's, i know the stock hoods are the same for 04-05 450r's as the 05-07 ex's, but the tabs are different for the aftermarkets, id rather have the 450r style, please help n thank you....TOP pic is 450r(as you already know), bottom is 400ex

so ive been comparing stock 450's to ex's with the same headlight style, the 450s are sunk in prolly a inch, the center of the light is about flush with the fenders, and the ex's is out about that much past the fenders....hmmm

the lower tabs are different... but yes it will work.

thanx for the info, so it just bolts through the front part of ur plastics?....does anyone have a pic with the maier 450r hood on theres?
