i have a honda 450r that wont start. just rebuilt it and double checked the timing. any suggestions?

oops forgot it backfires when trying to start.

backfires, could mean maby some faulty jetting. im not sure but you could be getting too much air if you ask me....

im no machanic but from what i hear i think that may be your outcome.
