300ex rider looking for some advice

i got sorta of a hard question i ride a 300ex and i ride through trails, mud, huge hills,and race alot with a couple of friends.

i was thinking about getting a bigger sproket for speed . but when i went hill climbling wouldnt i lose alot of my power. and i am going to tell you the truth i dont have that much poweer in the first pllace going up these hills.. ( i am like 1 out of 7 that has a ex that will go up that hill the rest are mid size 4wd and other and better sportquads with lots more power than mine.

so i was wondering what should i do to it

put a pipe on it? (i am thinking about white bros e series)
sproket size (dont know to go down or up)
and what kind of tire ( i dont know i was thinking about bear claw anything better please tell me)
and i was thinking about adding a six pack rack on it.
and putting dsoem fog lights on the front
and try to water proff everything.

i know that sounds like alot but could anybody help me? please
