Plastics ?

I am looking at getting an 04 450 r but the plastics are pretty much shot. Has anyone had to buy new plastics and had better success with one over another.

Get honda oem platics i think they are the best and so do alot of people

Will 08' plastics work on an 04'. I thought the only choices I had to chose from was 04-05'.

my 05 has maier plastics.. they fit great everywhere except the panel the kickstarter goes into.. that dont line up for anything..

i would search for some oem plastics for a decent price before i spent the money on aftermarkets

To fit the 06 + on the 04 - 05 plastics all you have to do is get the 06+ black plastic heat shield that sits under the gas tank because the different years have different tabs. the fronts should fit no problem

and you dont really have to get the heat shield, i never did, but its not a bad idea, just make sure if you get 06+ its for a kicker
