There is a guy in the next town over from me with a 95 jeep wrangler 4 cyl 4wd 5 speed with 160k miles and a little surface rust and none through. It needs a new ignition and he has the title he wants $2600 is it worth it?

i'd say 2100 without ignition problem, and minus what you think for your troubles. THEN 2100 is pushing it. of course, I don't like to spend my money to where it is not flippable..
