76 gmc c notched 22s

i have a 1976 gmc pickup with 180,000 orginal miles it has an orginal 250 inline six 3 on the tree truck gets around 22 to 24 mpg and runs about 170 degrees on the temp gauge with 40 lbs of oil press it is a good truck i jus would like to get somthing different would like 3500 or possible trade on 450 quad or 4x4 truck let me know what you think . feel free to call anytime 270 847 6057 or pm me thanks.
