ive posted this other places and no one ever gets back to me wit ha straight answer but what does the reed valve inside of the engine cases do????
It's kind of like a one-way valve. It allows oil to pass through from the crankcase to the stator area, but not from the stator area to the crankcase. It keeps the oil flowing in one direction throughout the motor.
