hiper wheel offset

From what ive read hiper wheels 4:1 offset is realy 3.5:1.5.. i was wondering which rims were like this... all of them or tech 3, cf1, beadlock or none beadlock? any info would be great thanks guys...

all of them. they are very close to a stock rim. The stocks are not really 3:2.
