I just got my engine back in my quad went to try shifting gears, and the shifter won't shift. I did check out problem, but not sure how to correct it. The shift drum and ratchet mechanism are installed correctly, but when I tighten up the ratchet retaining plate, the ratchet paws look like they are hanging up or catching on the retaining plate causing the shiftter to not engage. anybody got some background on this or some direction of repair I can take? Thanks ahead of time
