I am looking at buying a lsr stem that is +1 and also a pair of tag cr-hi bend bars off of a guy on this site.

Im setting my 250r lsr hybrid up for xc so i need to know if this setup will work or will it be to tall for what i need? I am 5' 10" if it means anything.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks

It's all personal preferance, just try it out and see if it's comfortable to you.

I'm 5'10 and on a +1 +1 stem I can't tell the difference except on a + tank, it allows me to turn further without hitting it.

It's all rider preference, unfortunately it's costly trying out all the different options. My best combo I like is a +2 stem with CR high or ATV mid.

I agree with being personel preference. Im 6'4" and i have a +1w +1f houser stem with cr-high bend bars. Then i added a set or Rox-speed bar risers that add an additoinal 2.5 inches. my brother is 6'3" and runs a +2 on his 450r w/flexx bars. this is going to sound silly, but i have long legs and a shorter upper body. I had to go that tall so when i stand up on the bike, i wasnt leaned over so far. btw we both race XC

it also has to do with your riding style... i had a stock length stem with TAG ATV Hi bars... and im 6'2 160 and i could use a +1 stem when i stand but i hardly ever stand...im always throwing my body all around the quad...
