Caliper Stay Bracket Cross-over Years

I went to put my new caliper stay bracket on today it was off a 2005 400 and i have a 2002 400. What year did they change the bracket? Because the one i got doesn't fit.... so pissed got all parts in today and of course i get a wrong part. thanks for any help

The brake stay should be the same on a '99 to '09 I believe. Can you post a pic?

they're different, they switched to a different caliper in 2005. So you either need the new caliper or the old style stay plate

i ran in same problem when i had to replace that plate along with bearing and piston but yeah hes right 05, we tried a 03 didnt match up
