I just changed my sprockets and chain and now when i ride it and hit the gas it makes this clicking noise and then it goes away. I took a closer look and the chain seems to be hitting the case saver. I can also see where it has been rubbing on the case saver because the metal is shiny. I took it off because i thought it wasn't on right but it is the only way it will go on. Is this normal and just something i never noticed before or what?

You should not be having a problem unless you went with a 16 tooth front sprocket. The stock casesaver will not work with more than a 15 tooth front sprocket.

It is a 15T sprocket. It is starting to get annoying. It touches the chain right above the shift lever.

Hmmm, well I'm not sure about that maybe someone else could help. Are you running stock ride height? Did you increase the sprocket size on the rear?

Everything is stock.

take your case saver off and check the bolt so see if there bent.i threw my chain on time and it bent the saver bolts and now i took it off to keep it from rubbing

well a week ago i popped my chain and it doubled up and hit the case saveer..and bent it so the top was hitting the chain...i tried everything diff bolts and everything..well i put it in a vice and bent it lightly... now it clears teh chain fine... i'd try that and if it don't work try a new case saver
