I bought this stem and was told it was a +1 and that it was new but guess what....... so now I have a +0 stem that I can't use it is in very nice shape (not bent )and has been pc'd a satin black and only has a few spots on it where it was falling out of the box during shipping and nicked up the pc. I don't have a clamp. $150 shipped.
If you need it to be pc'd another color I can get it done cheap.
