400EX Houser Sli Cast Fitment

I love the concept of the slicast set up that houser has and i would love to run it on my 89 250R. Would it be okay to run washers to fill the gap that the 400EX has?

I sure hope so, because that's what I did! I know the 450R upper arms fit in the frame as well, i'm curious if they are the right length to run with the 400EX lowers. Sure would be cool to have the Tric-Trac option with the slicast!

I've run 400EX aarms on my 89 they were Burgards, worked fine with spacers. I just bought a new set of Houser LT +1 +1 wide 250r aarms with slicast for my 89. I like the slicast feature as well. I have it on my 450 too.
