tie rod ends keep coming loose

Every time i go to practice or race the tie rod ends always come loose from either the stem or spindle. i have a 6 hour race coming up and i no it wont hold so any ideas?

a little it of lock-tite, and or wrap electrical tap as tight as you can arount the tie rods, nut and tie rod end. putting multiple layers on. i believe that should keep it

are you using any poweder coated pieces? the stem or spindles, if you are, make sure you take off all the PC at those mounting locations, also ive used nyloc nuts in place of the stock nuts and that works

Mine are locktited down real well. I had the same problem but it doesn't happen anymore.

Glann innovations sells a taller castle nut and includes a spacer that works good. So far this season.
