Just curious, wanted to get rid of the bulky clutch w/parking brake bar mount and get a cleaner look, also one for the brake. Any suggestions, I have the stock bar, are there any direct swaps or do I need to buy the high dollar mounts?

you dont have to get high dollar mounts sincce you can get some of them pretty cheap but yeah you can get rid of the whole cluster, get a brake block off or just unscrew the bolt for the parking brake enough that it will not hit the pad, and get a matching brake lever for the bars. you can get kits with the levers and such on ebay also. i have the asv stuff and really like them but you will pay a bit for them too. steve

To do this project on a budget, try this set-up or something similar.

This lever will give you adjust on the fly capability and will give a nice clean look :

Since you will be getting rid of the parking brake cable, this is the cheapest block off that I know of. It looks good and has recessed bolt holes :

i got my asv levers from ebay i think they were reconditioned but mine were still in the asv package mine were dirt cheap like $30 a piece ;type in asv levers then just look for 400 ex so that the cable end matches your factory ones

I got sick of the space from the parking brake so I took an old short BMX lever and hooked it up to the reverse. I hated having to reach my hand down every time I wanted to go in reverse.
