View Full Version : 04-05 houser racing xc a-arms and GT Thunder front shocks

Ok these are Houser Front Standard travel a-arms. +.5 and work on the 04-05 geometry. Will work on 06-up with 05 spindles. These arms were rebuilt in the beginning of te 09 season with new ball joints and all bushing were replaced with the needle bearing upgrade. Only raced about 5 races due to a broken hand. So everything is in great condtion. They were greased regularly. I paid 500 for the arms alone and upgraded the bushings for an extra 135. then replaced all balljoints at 35 each. so it really adds up. there are no bends or dents just normal scratches and nicks in the Pc from rocks. $350

underside of bottom a-arms. again, scracthed and scraped, but no bends or dents. can be touched up with a lil paint or re-powdercoated.

Gt thunder Front shocks. set up fot XC B class 180lb rider. These are set up with the GTs Hich Flow Piston which is an extra $90 dollars per shock. they currently have a 225#main spring on them but come with a 200# spring. Reason was i felt to had a lil too much sag when cornering and i dont jump smooth like mx guys and would bottom out more then i liked on the 200# sping. So laz at GT suggested i upgraded my springs. Also comes with a diff set of crossovers. these will start using the bottom spring faster due to thier height. the extra springs i belive were $75 each. So the front sock conversion at $395, the extra 180 pistonsand extra springs makes me have a total of almost $700 I will let these go for $350 Oil was changed in Begining of season and i only raced 5 races do to a broken hand. Maye one or 2 trail rides also. Bolt on and go.

only reason im selling is that i got a set of long travel fox shocks and long travel a-arms. I dont need these sitting around. They are an excellent setup, and would keep them if i had another quad to make a practice bike. ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED ANY MORE PICS JUST ASK. THANKS
