Grand Prix GTP

Hey this is my custom Grand Prix GTP.It has around 230 horse power with the caddy off and the resonator with straight pipes going back.I have a R1 racing turbo muffler on it also a K&N air fliter.Neon under the seats,750Watt subwoofer hook up to an 800 Watt pyramid amp.Soon will be putting on a 2003 trans Am ram air and a flame throwing kit out the exhaust.

Hard to say in a quarter mile?yeah that thing would get up to it's speed faster but my car has an higher top speed.From what i have read top speed for the Roadmaster is 135,Grand Prix GTP is 143.That roadmaster has an LT corvette engine.

yeah those LT1 engines in those '94 limiteds have 260 hp and are awesome to drive

I think it is rice because..... dual fart pipes, flames , window sticker, neons inside they car, and plans for a flame throwing kit.

250xman very sweet car wow 400 big block. Yeah with the newer grand prix they are all computer only thing you really can do is a computer performance chip.

What a piece of garbage the grand prix is...230 HP huh...Id like to see a dyno sheet to back that up.. That car looks like something i would find down the city...If you wanted an import you should have just bought one instead of trying to make your Domestic look like one...lol

Can people just shut up with the rice cr@p. If somebody wants to spend theyre money modding theyre import, what do you care?! If half of you werent on this site before you bought a car and you saw "the fast and furious" (which I think sucked) you wouldnt know any better and you'd mod out an import too. And I know this is not an import but some people seem to think it is.

In My opinion: It can have all the aspects of a Ricer but unless it an import then It is not a Ricer.

02Yellow400 hmmm ya got a prob with my car hahaha.Well first of all it has 225 to 230 horse power in it. As i wrote before the catalytic converter is off which you being an dumb*** would not know what that is. When taking that off you increase the horse power. Also the redinator is off which creates better air flow DUHHHHHH!!!!.. All with this rice talk man o man.Lets see hmm yeah you do see American cars with flames don't you.Don't you see huge *** duals exhaust coming out the back of muscle cars. Also an K&n air fliter the car had stock 210 so just for your info. GM made by GM Look what i have here OOOO jeeez American car with flames

Another thing i am agree with some of the foreign cars are pertty dum looking. FreeStylexrider yeah your car is pertty damm powerful with an 400 in it BUT. You best be checking what the **** they have cause YOUR NOT GOING TO BEAT A CAR WITH NOS IN IT.............................................yes civics are an very popular choice for foreign little people so they may just have it.

autozone hmmm well wrong again theses are graphic air brush flames decals.I could have had them painted on but i choose this.My family is in the collision business.

a grand prix won't go 143 stock, gm restricts theie car at 110mph

We have a close family freind down in detroit.He works on Grand Prix's Engines.He once had a Z34 that someone took the motor out of the grand prix and put it in the z34.He said he hit around 143 going the expressway.so just going by his info:mad:

all i can say is that you like differn't cars, and doesn't that car come stock with dual exhaust? i don't personaly like it but you did do a nice job for what it is.

heres my problem with ricers- first and foremost there are just WAY WAY too many wannabees. you know the guys that have just a huge ase (lame lookin i might add) spoiler and maybe a fart muffler and nothin else on there car. man good thing they put that spoiler on their car so they can get so much more traction, oh wait your in a front wheel drive buddy. or they put on the euro lights and maybe a cold air intake. i hate these guys and almost every single one of em is the biggest loser i have ever met.

second why buy a lame-o ricer when you can just go buy a nice used muscle car that makes more power stock than a lot of the modded out ricers make and the muscle car will cost half as much. it doesn't even have to be like a shelby or somethin you can buy like a buik grand national or somethin and with the money you saved you can spend that on parts to make it even faster!

EricB the car does not come with TRUE dual exhaust.Mine does not have it either cause it would be really hard to installed cause of the way they made the car. It has one pipe going into the Exhaust manifold then splits into two pipes. The pipes were curved around,what we did is just have straight pipes going back. Another thing is iduno why people get so upset about a car of not to there likeing. One thing i think is people are so $$$$$$ scared what people may think and won't do anything to there's which they may want to . So they just join the groups that sh** on the guys that got the guts to do WHAT THEY WANT.

I don't really care for flames on any type of car, I like the paint to be clean looking. As far as hp you MIGHT have gained 10-15 w/ all of that, but you also lost some torque by taking the cat and resinator off (loss of back pressure) JMO! Other than the flames, it is a pretty nice car, congrats! :macho

did I mention I like the roadmaster next to the GP in the first pic? Here is a pic of my old roadmaster. 350 V8 fuel injected...............very fast grampa car. It was always cool to go to the car wash & light up the tires (white walls) while the punks sat there shining up their civics. Always got alot of funny looks when I pulled that stunt.
