500 jet kit

i just got full muzzy exhaust and filter is there a jet kit for the outlaw 500 or does any one know the size jets i would need

I have the full muzzy,custom intake and i run 165 main and a 45 pilot. I am at sea level i thank its a little rich my friend runs 162.5 and stock pilot. You must drill out air fuel plug and adjust to 2.5 to 3 turns. thats a starting point. its best to get jets from dealer those # are mikuni jets NOT dj jets thay are differant. if you go to polarisriders.com do a search on carb mods. that will tell you how to drill your slide and cut your spring. I did mine and liked it better response.......

what do you mean you must drill out air fuel plug i cant just change jets

Your air/fuel screw is for your idle and upto 1\4 throttle its easy to do. do it when you put in your new jets. do a seach it will explane it with pictures.. All preds are the same thing a fuji 500
