i am posting this for a close friend of mine... he would like to know if he could put a 450r honda motor in a 400ex frame ? i for one dont really know the answer to this question and maybe us both may learn something new ... if anyone has any answers to this question please email me so a can relay the info back.... thank you

It's been done before, but it takes some fabrication work. It would be cheaper and better in the end to sell the 400 and buy a 450. Unless you've already got the 450 motor and a rolling 400 chassis.

well i will tell him that it would be alot of work to get a 450r motor in his 400 frame..... thank for all who helped out on this forum !!
