45mm crank

Hey guys looking to rebuild for next year looking for some help with motor.have a ported cyl. high comp. head and a hetrick pipe if I just add a 45mm crank will it add power do I need spacer plate? what else has to be done to make it run better its a apex 90.

Yes you will gain and yes you will need a spacer plate,I would advance the timing or install an ignition system.
