is this a difficult mod to do? also is it worth the time and money?

If you have a big bored out engine that needs the extra breathing room, yes. If you just have a stock or lightly modded engine, don't worry about it.

OH YEAH MAN !!!! It's crazy . But it take a lot of time . Here's a pic to show how I fit a 450R 2006 ,FCR style. I use the stock rubber intake of the 400ex and made an adaptor between the intake of the 450R . Use the dimension of the two carb to have a perfect fit in the rubber intake . Make groove on the adaptor.
