250R XC build and 400ex race bike partout

Well I started racing in 03 and advanced fast...I started on a 400ex because of them outlawing 250's the next year But i have always anted one.

Moved to 450R's and got out of racing because I got a good job. I still have my old 400ex there is nothing left stock... I am going to flop most of the parts to the 250


Looking at my old 400 makes me cringe when I think about parting it out I have won a lot of races on this bike and it still hauls the mail!

But here we go!

450 stroker motor built by GT thunder
Ported head by ATP racing.
40mm FCR carb
full Leagers LT
+1 front and rear
19 inch triple rate PEP's
Dual rate rear

and a host of other goodies.

Dont mind the tires they are just rollers and the rears and on backwards thats why the rear look skinny

The plan is to swap the suspension on to the 250

The nerfs as well got a cool plan for that comming soon... I want the fat pegs!!!

I already have the front done as well as the gibson stem and K&K fat bar/riser.

The rear will be right after the nerfs. I still need an oversized 250r tank as the 400 just wont work

The rest of the 400 is for sale

Yes i know that I stated that i am going to flop the suspension over in the early posts.


It is already on the 250 along with the stem.
