View Full Version : rear brake line (aftermarket)

i just installed an aftermarket galfer rear brake line on my 06 yfz and im looking for some imput on this because it dose not seem right at all.

its twisted and not striaght like the stocker was is this normal?

have the same one on my quad and looks the same works fine as long as it doesnt leak ur fine

edit: i also have a aftermarket swingarm and it has a tab to bolt a brake line clamp on which i did

yours is the 04 05 caliper where the line mounts to the top of the caliper instead of the side like mine does. if mine mounted to the top then it wouldnt be twisted like so.

the stock line fittings are opposite from each other 1 side is flat and the other is on its side idk why galfer didnt do this also
