How do you post pictures

Ok how do you post pictures on this I see tons of guys doing it and Im sure someone else has asked the same question but how do it. Anyone have ne idea

At the bottom when you asre making a new post, you can attach a file, but many people do not know how to make a suitable file, max. 200000 bytes, but you can use a photo sharing site like photobucket and make it easy.
