need help i shipped 330 power valve motor to ESR to have work don 18 months later no work i asked for motor back and they say will be shipped out now it has Benn over 30 days and no motor now they wont pick the phone up or return my call need help or something

trust me i called every week for months then i just got tired of not riding and got me a LRD motor so i could go back racing so after that i only called once a month it sounds to me they lost it or sold it or something i didn't ever raise hell at thim over the phone . I will be making another complaint with better business bureau to day HELP ME the only thing i can do now I will be bashing Eddi sanders on every forum i can find until i get my motor back

That is ridiculous, but it seems a good amount of people tend to have issues with ESR.

18+1 months!!!!! thats rediculas. When i ship my full 450r motors to Sparks, he does the whole motor (tranny, valves, piston) in less then 18 DAYS! i'd be splittin wigs after 18 months!

got motor back looks good they gave me the power valve assembly and dome , ex flange and gaskets no charge but id rather pay for it and get it back im not sure why this sat on the shelf so long before this i always got good service ?????
