valve clearance

i recently bored out cylinder,added new piston,added new hot cam. so my question is what should i set the valve clearance for on both intake and exhaust with this new cam?2002 honda trx400ex.

here they are:
Set the intake valves’ clearances to .005” (inch). Rotate the crankshaft and set the exhaust valves’ clearances to .006” (inch).
