I have been looking at buying my 8 year old son the Polaris Predator 90 but have also noticed lots of other brands out there. What are your opinions on the Predator? Is it a great trail quad? How does it compare to others like the Honda, Suzuki and E-Ton(Polaris knockoff?)? Is the suspension and motor good for aggressive riders?
Thanks,
Jason

Exept the race quads(Apex DRR)The Predator has some of the best stock suspention, but lets face it not any stock suspention will hold up to an agressive rider.Lots of after market peformance and suspention upgrades available, both Predator and Eton has reverse from 05.We loved our 05 Predator but went over to Apex because we mainly race MX.

Thanks for the info. How would you compare the Eton to the Predator. I have been hearing they are almost identical except for plastics.

They are both made by Aeon Corp. of Taiwan.
In stock form the Predator 90 is better imo.
The Predator has a wider front track due to 1" longer front a-arms.
And it also has a much better rear shock.
But that is if you plan to keep it stock.
