Winter Rebuild ! Need some ideas !

Well its that time again , and was wanting some ideas on what to do. Im getting everything powdercoated and new plastics ad graphics. Also my motor we be getting built for nationals next year :) , and my JB swinger is coming UPS as we speak lol

Nice bike man! Do you have your subframe lowered? It looks like it was lowered. I did that to mine too.

i would do...

Blue - plastics
Blue - Frame/subframe
Black - Bumpers/nerfs
Gold - a-arms
Gold - swingarm
Gold - stem
gold - rims
with a blue graphic kit.

it would look ballin.

no that would be gay cuz I want a blue honda and now everyone is getting one lol how about brown, that would look nice and you wouldnt even see the dirt.

Brown, lol, a nice translucent brown. You would blend in with the track too. Stealthy passes.

Swingarm - White
Stem - White or Bright orange
Plastics - White
Graphics - Bright orange Spastic Designs
Hood - Gen X Bright orange if i can find one
Seat Cover - Spastic Bright orange sides

Yeah hate to tell the guy a couple posts above me, but I'm bringing back my old Yama-bomb colors with Candy Apple Red frame/Blue plastics, lol. I saw what Roostar said and wanted to scream NO!!! There's only so much you can do to be completely unique.

GenX was bought out, and basically now folded. New owner isn't doing anything. Alot of talk, but nothing in return. Tiger Racing Products (TRP) is really making some awesome stuff. They're designing a new hood for the 450R as well as coming out with stuff for the KTM and YFZ-R. They'll do any color you want. Check em out at www.RideTRP.com

did you get the swinger yet?? when you get it put on let me know if there is any clearance issues any where, because im thinkin about lowering my sub frame and want to see if there are any clearance issues first. thanks man

ya i noticed that but what i was wanting to know is if there is gonna be enough room if i would lower mine cause this summer i want to get a JB swinger and my mechanic told me that there is not enough room even with the subframe stock.

your mechanic told you there is not enought room to put a jb swinger on your bike :huh sounds like you need a new mechanic

get a baldwin, jb, or houser airbox riser and you should be fine, if there wasnt room to lower the subframe, people wouldnt do it, no matter what brand swinger they have

sorry that was worded wrong....he told me after i lower the sub frame even with an air box lifter on i still wouldn't have enough room...sorry for the confusion
