i have a stock 06 trx 90 my question is. i am putting a full fmf exhaust and a k n air filter with the air box lid off will i have to re jet the carb and if so how much

the stock carb isnt really worth jetting a new carb is pretty cheap maybe a 22 or a 24mm and new intake rite out of the box would give you what you are looking for

Can U run that carb with the airbox? Gotta keep our airbox with all the mud and water it is ran thru.

i ran one for all last year and had no problems except for a little hesitation (very little) on the bottom end i think i bored the intake to big

its a name brand carb Mikuni and as for intake they sell packages also i think i got ours from piranha pit bikes

with a little mods yes we run mx with the bikes

I'm interested in this thread, just a quick question. will this carb work on a 03 trx 90?would i need to do any modifications to make it work?

no mods but i didnt run an airbox It will bolt to a stock intake if you want to run a stock in take

No i take that back the throttle cable has to be cut where it hooks to to carb i will take a pic later and show you

if you going to run a bigger carb why would you want to run your stock intake. i think that would defeat your bigger carb
