I have heard that. But I have also delt with them on several occasions and never got shafted. You take a chance on EVERY online purchase though...

I couldn't ever get anyone to answer the phone when I wanted parts. I wanted to make sure they had the parts I was looking for so I could drive there & pickem up. Went else where

Judging by the amount of feedback from hellbound, I'd say they have too much going on to pay attn to EVERY detail, and if something got lost in the mail, they probably don't have time to fool with it. But yes, it is legit. But what I would do if I were you is look for some used Tech3's.

lets just say, when i bought my hipers from hellbound, i recieved six different shipping numbers over the period of 3 weeks. each time, the person saying they just shipped them, and when i checked the shipping numbers, they didnt exist. finally, i got ahold of a man through email, and he pretty well told me they didnt know what they were talking about, and after i talked to him, they were at my door in 4 days with a sorry note...

I've used Hellbound numerous times over the years, always buying from their ebay stores. Our items are on our door step next day usually and I've never once had a single issue with them. I would buy from them in a heartbeat. :o

I talked to the guy a few weeks ago on the phone. He seems pretty cool. I had him order me a set of Hipers for the back of my Raptor.

gotcha watch out for them, i bought heel guards for my old honda 450 and they were no where close to fitting, ended up throwing them away and the guy i emailed didnt wanna have anything to do with me when I talked to him
