Not tryin to be a smartass at all, but it should be a 9x8 rim not 8x9. i bet everybody knows what your talkin about though

Oh crap... no its definitely 8x9... i just put the wrong tire size... they are 8" tires. Thanks man i would have never noticed it lol.

I think that they are douglas wheels... they are definitely 8" diameter and 9" wide.

I have never seen 8x9 wheels, maybe 9x8 wheels
