backordered stock cranks?

anyone know how long it will take to get the 04/05 cranks? ive heard they are on backorder....

honda shop for me in stead of going with that crank cause yea it is back ordered there going with a hot rod one they said its a little bit better and cheaper and they could get it next week but that crank i do believe its not available to ehh january late january to febuary i think is what they told me

yea im not putting a hot rods crank in, heard too many bad things.

Do you guys think it would be a good idea to pick up a used OEM off ebay then send it to crankworks and have it balanced/welded?? would this be just as good as brand new?

i got one of the last cranks before they were recalled. it's working great now but i hope it lasts awhile!

yea i had the old hotrods crank and it lasted about 9 tanks of gas but it was based on the old design oem crank they both redesigned them now about the same wither way you go but it's choice but sending it to crankworks is a good ideal either way you go

The backorder on OEM should be over we received 2 cranks friday they had been on BO for a while though

I have a used 05 crank ill sell to you cheap, I have no use for it since I bought an 08
