like i have said in other post i have a 04 and its gonna cost 2000 to replace parts in my motor to make it run again so im looking at a diffrent way to go

which is better a crf or trx motor??

will a crf motor bolt in a trx chassis??

if so how will it performe

and what will i have to change for it to work

Gonna have to change the motor mounts, not sure about the intake or anything else. I would stick with the trx. Its gonna be alot easier to keep that engine in it than to make the crf work in your chassis. You can pick up good used trx motors for around 1200-1500, just gotta look.

ok well can you answer this question to??

if i did re do mine or get newer motor what if i got the new fuel injector parts to make my trx fuel injected like the new 09 or newer i believe crfs are

that would be expensive but i honestly dont see why it cant be done

wht all would it take say wiring hairness throttle body ecu what else am i missing??

Wont work you need a differnt tank, and pump and tons of other stuff wait a year and buy one when honda does it the right way

What do you plan on doing with it? Are you racing next year? What has to be done to your current motor?

Getting another used TRX motor might be a good idea, and save the other one for parts, or slowly rebuild. Spare motors and parts come in handy! Speaking of CRF however, CRF ignition is quite nice on the TRX!
