alright guys figured id do a type up on how to change colors in photoshop.

step 1: open up the picture you want to change the color of

step 2: go to layer click duplicate layer then ok

step 3: hit Ctrl and u at the same time. next you make sure both the colorize and preview have check marks in them.(if they dont just click the box)

step 4: play with the hue, saturation, and lightness untill you get the color you want then click ok

step 5: click layer scroll down to add layer mask then click hide all. (the color covering the entire photo should dissapear.)

step 6: make the color box white. next you will need to select the paint brush. make the paint brush the size that will work well for the part you want to change the color of.

step 7: click and hold while going over the parts you want to change the color of.

step 8: click file go to save as change the file name to what you want. then lastley change the format (below file name) to ". JPG, .JPEG, JPE" thiw will allow you to upload the pictures to photobucket and post them on a message board.

if you want to change more then one color you have to save the file (step8) and re open it as a jpeg and fallow steps one through 8 for the other color.

I use a slightly different method. I zoom in and use the lasso, which makes very sharp clear lines.
This raptor used to be blue.
