i just got some 450r shocks for my 400ex and was reading that +2 a arms will make it ride better but do i need true +2 or can i get +2 that uses normal shocks. i know its a dumb ? but help please:confused: :confused:

Get u some standard travel +2 a-arms for a 400ex so the 450r shocks will bolt up right. Them 450r shocks are plenty stiff enough for +2 a-arms

thank you very much i dont want spend an *** load of money on a arms what do you think would be the best ones to get i was thinkin about asr or full flight

If you get ASR arms, get the MX Pro arms with automotive tierod end style ball joints. The Heim style joints will wear pretty quickly, and usually get noisey when they get dirty. Heim joints were designed for push/pull (radial) loads, not up/down (axial) loads.
